The Proposal is to create a small development of ‘Affordable Homes’ of 2 bedroom Flats and 3 bedroom Terraced houses.
Following comments from Traffic & Transportation Department, the proposal was reduced to 21 units.
Cumbernauld News reports the Planning Sub-committee will hear the application on April 24th.
