Hallam Land Management have submitted plans for up to 200 houses on land at Myvot Farm, south of River Luggie and to East & West of Airdrie Road

Hallam Land Management describe themselves as the strategic land and planning promotion arm of the Henry Boot Group of companies.

This this application was refused by North Lanarkshire Council on 22nd February 2018.
