ILI (Dalshannon) Development - 300 Units

ILI (Dalshannon) are looking to build up to 300 houses to the River Luggie and west of Airdrie Road.  This is a separate development from the Hallam Land proposal, though the land is adjoining.

  • for between 200 & 300 houses
  • entrance to the site will be from Airdrie Road, just over the hump back bridge
  • don't yet know how they will accomodate traffic at bridge, suggested either widening or traffic lights.
  • two SUDS planned for the site
  • planning application may be submitted early next year
  • seperate plan from the previous consultation (seperate developer), but they may look at opportunities to work together
